Visits usually begin with a skin consultation that assesses skin health and concerns and leads to a tailored plan. The clinic says it takes time to learn each client's skin, concerns and goals before recommending a treatment. Most facials include a shoulder massage, an eye or lip treatment, high-frequency and cold rolling, and add-ons such as ampoules, masks and LED can be added to any facial for $10 to $260. Facials are generally recommended every four to six weeks, and clients are advised to avoid makeup for at least 12 hours afterward.

The signature facial menu runs from the L.E.D. Facial at $155 to the Glass Skin Facial at $315. The Glass Skin Facial combines dermablading, microchanneling with salmon DNA, LED therapy and two boosters, while the Red Carpet Facial pairs a CO2 carboxy mask left on for 45 minutes with LED light therapy. Chemical peels start at $110 and are customized per client, often as a series of three to six treatments.

The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 3pm, and is closed Sunday. It is fully accessible with wheelchair access, and guests with specific needs are asked to contact the clinic before their visit. Medical-grade skincare can be bought in store, for pickup, or through direct links to partner lines. Gift cards are available, along with a monthly membership in three tiers and a Clear Skin Club for clients who need deeper acne care more often. According to the clinic, financing is offered through Cherry with no hard credit checks.
