The studio is on the second floor of the Packer Park Shopping Center at 1534 Packer Ave, Suite 200-R. Free parking is in the same lot as Chickie's & Pete's, and there is a kitchenette for guests. All studio services are by appointment only.

For weddings, the team travels to the client for wedding-day services, while wedding parties are hosted only at the studio.

Bridal trials are optional and cover hair and makeup at the studio as a preview of the wedding-day look. Each trial is one hour, with a 90-minute maximum, and is usually suggested about two to three months before the wedding. Trials are paid in advance by Venmo, cash, check or credit card, and are confirmed through a DocuSign form that must be completed with payment within 7 days. A missed trial, or arriving more than 15 minutes late without 24 hours' notice, forfeits the trial payment.

Wedding dates are booked first-come, first-served, and a date is not held without a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of total services. Wedding intake requires at least four people per service area. Cancelling wedding-day services up to 30 days before the date carries a $300 fee once the contract and deposit are in, and cancelling the event date forfeits all deposits and payments.

Standard pricing includes professional hair and makeup, phone or email consultations, and skin and hair advice with prep tips. The business says prices are subject to change without notice.
