Aartistry Studio was established after its owner became a mother and wanted to focus on simplicity in beauty. The studio is based on Oregon Avenue in South Philadelphia and runs as a small, owner-led space where facials, makeup and lash and brow services are offered.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute Express Facial and a 40-minute Bacial to a 1-hour Signature Facial, a 90-minute Glow Facial using Honua products, and a Gua Sha Facial with a Gua Sha massage and a white tea hydrojelly mask. Sensitive Skin and Acneic facials are offered for skin that is reactive or prone to breakouts, and single and three-session microdermabrasion packages are also available. Facial add-ons such as a hydrojelly mask, eye mousse, Cryo Globes and an ultrasonic scrubber can be added to a treatment.

Event makeup is offered with a traditional foundation, cream highlighting and contouring, and a choice of faux mink or natural lashes. Bridal makeup can take place at the studio or at a location the client selects. Brides and bridal parties can also book the studio as a space to convene and prepare together. To request bridal services, brides complete a HoneyBook inquiry that includes their wedding date, venue location, party details and the beauty look they have in mind. Bridal makeup pricing is provided after an inquiry by email or phone.

Lash and brow services include brow tint, lash tint, brow wax with tint, and a lash lift with tint that the studio says can last six to eight weeks depending on the lash cycle. Waxing covers brows and lips. Basic Makeup 101 is a one-on-one lesson on application and suitable products for skin type, with group sessions available, and the Pro MUA Lesson is hands-on training for working makeup artists on soft-to-full-glam application with a $100 deposit due at booking.

Studio visits are by appointment, and clients book through the website. The studio says it aims to help every client feel confident and works with honesty, integrity and respect.
