The menu is broad. Cuts and blowouts are offered for adults, with a girls' haircut for ages 6 to 12 performed by junior stylists. Color runs from root and part touch-ups and single-process color through lowlights, part-and-frame, partial and full highlights, and balayage. Extensions include a first-time weft installation, weft slide-ups and row moves, tape-in, microbead and tinsel. Full face makeup, bridal makeup, formal styling and braids are also available.

Consultations are part of how the salon works. Complimentary consultations are offered to learn what each client needs and to arrive at a more accurate price. Listed prices are starting rates and can change based on individual needs. Cash payment receives a discount compared with credit card prices, and hair for extensions is priced separately depending on length and amount chosen.

The Head Spa is a separate private room with dim lighting, soothing scents and soft music, where clients recline during treatments. Sessions come in a simplified 15-minute version and customized 30- and 60-minute versions, and include shampooing, scalp and hair treatments, and a blowout done while reclining.

The salon is open Wednesday to Friday from 10:00 to 7:30 and Saturday from 9:00 to 4:30, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice. Missed or late-canceled appointments carry a $50 fee when the next appointment is booked.

Services, consultations and products are used to learn what each client is looking for, and the stylists keep up with ongoing research and learning in their craft.
