Hair color covers single process, full single color, highlights, partial highlights, lowlights, balayage and creative multi-color, with foil and glaze options. Color correction requires an in-person consultation.
Extension work includes SO CAP, clip-in and tape-in. A free consultation with one of the salon's certified extensionists is held in person first. Applications are priced for each client's hair and set before the appointment, and can take up to two hours. SO CAP uses 100% human remy hair selected through headquarters in Italy, comes in 90 colors, 3 textures and 3 lengths, and can last up to five months. Tape-in uses 100% human hair, can be applied in 30 minutes or less, lasts up to four months, and can be removed and reapplied. Clip-ins are temporary and chemical-free, and when they are bought the salon shows clients how to apply them at home at no charge. Extensions can be washed, brushed, curled or straightened, with the salon recommending heat no higher than 350 degrees.
Makeup services include full makeup, airbrush makeup, wedding and prom makeup, and makeup lessons. Lash tinting and curling can be done together in one procedure. Makeup artists can also show clients how to do their own makeup.
Prices and services may change without notice and can vary with hair length. Services are final sale, though any service can be adjusted within one week of the original visit when the client returns. Hair care products can be exchanged within one week with a receipt if the seal is unbroken. Boutique items and gift cards are not refundable.
Staff keep up with new looks and trends through continuing education. The salon describes itself as sustainable.
