Flawless Beauti By Tia is a one-person aesthetics practice in Suite 5 at America's Health Suites in Gilbert. The work centers on brows, waxing and skincare, with appointments booked online.

The practice grew out of Flawless Beauti and Nail Bar, which Tia Reid opened in Gilbert in 2017 as a single location offering nails, brows, waxing and skin care. In 2020 she sold that business so she could focus only on aesthetics, and she continued under the Flawless Beauti By Tia, LLC name.

Visits are by appointment only, and the booking calendar opens two months ahead. Reid names the Tailored Facial, the NanoInfusion Facial, MicroNeedling and Signature Brows as the services she most enjoys offering. Her facial menu runs from a teen facial for ages 13 to 17 to a 90-minute nano-infusion treatment, and she sells skincare and travel kits for home use. Chemical peels are offered from November through April, with off-season peels at her discretion. Booking requires a card on file, but payment is taken after the service. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged half the booked total, and no-call or no-show appointments are charged in full.

Guests need the owner's approval before attending an appointment, and children are only welcome while receiving a service; those under 12 may not come along to appointments. Pets are not permitted. The suite is deep cleaned weekly, and beds, equipment and tools are disinfected or sterilized between clients. Reid wears gloves for every appointment, and clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule.

The business describes its brow work as specialized and its skincare treatments as results driven and ethical.
