Services are grouped into New Guest sessions and Loyal Guest services, with add-ons that can join any session. Lived-in color, a highlighting and blending method that keeps natural tones for a softer grow-out, is a core offering. Full Coverage sessions handle gray or refresh a solid base without adding dimension, while Soften the Look and Gloss the Look add depth, shine or tone to existing highlights without adding new ones. Maintain The Look is the most requested service among loyal guests, usually booked three to four times a year.

A first visit starts with a consultation about daily routine, current products and hair history, followed by a color formula tailored to the client and saved in their file. Each visit includes a personal styling lesson on tools, products and techniques, plus at-home care suggestions. The salon says its services aim to give clients more time between appointments and healthier hair. Pricing is confirmed with a personal quote at the start of each appointment and can shift with product use, timing and goals.

Booking is by email, with replies within 24 hours from Tuesday through Saturday. New clients should expect about five to seven weeks before a session opens up. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10:30 to 6 and Saturday 10:30 to 5, with limited Saturday openings and the latest dimensional color appointment at 2pm. Clients sign an agreement before their first visit. Appointments need 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, and arriving 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. Children are not permitted in the salon, and only service animals may enter the building.

Priorities are educating clients on products and procedures, home care between sessions and the softest possible grow-out.
