Personalized haircuts are designed after a consultation that considers facial shape, hair texture, color and how much time a client has for styling. A Client Style Learning Session shows clients how to create different looks with products and styling tools. Appointments are recommended, and walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Clients are asked to book their next service before leaving. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 6pm, Friday 9am to 2pm, and Saturday 8am to 2pm.

Listed prices are base prices and can vary slightly between stylists depending on consultation and product use. Highlights start at $120, balayage starts at $150 and a women's haircut is $50. Corrective color, creative fashion color, several extension services and dry styling with braiding are priced by consultation. Holiday bookings on days the salon is typically closed may carry an additional fee.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments without notice carry a fee of no less than $50, and the salon keeps a running cancellation list. Gift cards cover all services and must be presented at the time of service. The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

For weddings, the salon recommends a consultation and a trial updo before the day. Bridal services include wedding day updos, bridal makeup with lashes, full face makeup, eye makeup alone and other wedding styling. Salon rental for a special day is available by consultation only, and stylists who work off location add a $100 travel fee per stylist.

Education comes first: stylists continue their training each year with professionals across the U.S. and beyond, and the salon travels for classes and hosts guest artists in the salon throughout the year.
