Flaired Beauty is a one-stylist studio on East Yandell Drive in El Paso. The studio describes itself as calm and private, built around each client. Appointments are one-on-one and never double booked, and there are no walk-ins and no front desk. Free parking is available behind the building off Virginia Street. The studio is closed Sundays and Mondays, open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 7pm, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am to 3pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 4pm.

Booking starts with a free online consultation that takes about two minutes and is followed by a recommended appointment. A short online quiz suggests a color package based on hair history and goals. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair, ideally without product or root spray. Texts and emails are answered within a few hours, though messages sent after 8pm wait until the next day, and calls and texts go unanswered during appointments. Color visits can be shaped around music, beverages and add-ons, and every visit can include a hot towel aromatherapy treatment with a scalp massage.

The core packages are the All-in Blonde at $283 for 4 to 4.5 hours, which covers full highlights or full balayage for overall brightness or full gray coverage with highlights; the Mini Makeover at $243 for 3.5 to 4 hours, which refreshes existing low-maintenance highlights; the Root Ritual at $164 for 2 to 2.5 hours, which touches up regrowth for gray coverage or tone without highlight retouches; and the Big Shift at $303 for 5 to 7 hours, meant for major changes such as box dye correction, going from black or red to blonde, removing old color or going platinum. The Big Shift includes color removal, highlights, toners or finishing gloss, bond repair, a haircut and a signature blowout. A Clean Cut haircut is $64 and takes 45 to 60 minutes. New clients get a haircut included in their color package, and returning clients can add one at their next visit.

Gray blending is a customized service that softens the line between natural gray and existing color using highlights, lowlights, toning or a mix of these. When years of permanent or box color need to come out, it can take several visits. Most gray blending clients return every 8 to 12 weeks, while full gray coverage clients usually return every 4 to 6 weeks. Any adjustment is made to the result agreed in the consultation; a different color, cut or overall look is treated as a new service and may cost more.

K-Tip extensions start at $200 and take 4 to 6 hours, customized to each client's natural hair. Treatment add-ons include a Brazilian Blowout at $225, Hair Botox at $100, a Mini Brazilian at $50 and a CBD Molecular Mender at $75. Hair care essentials the stylist uses, home care items and a list of favorite Amazon finds are available on the shop page, and hair products are sold through an online store that ships directly to clients.
