Fills are offered for clients who are returning to maintain an existing set. They are meant for about 1.5 to 2 weeks after a full set, when at least 40% to 50% of the lashes remain. A fill booked more than 21 days after the previous set, or with fewer than 40% of lashes left within that window, is charged at the full set price.

Each visit begins with a lash bath, a foam cleanser applied to natural lashes to remove oils, makeup residue, debris and dust before a service. Lash removal, priced at $25, includes a lash bath and takes about 30 minutes. A restroom is available before and after appointments.

Booking requires a non-refundable $30 deposit sent via Zelle, which counts toward the total service fee. Clients are asked to avoid caffeine for at least 12 hours before the appointment, arrive without eye makeup, and bring contact lens cases if they wear contacts. Extra guests are not permitted at appointments. An address and confirmation text is sent the day before to the phone number given at booking.
