First Call Health is a concierge medical practice that also goes by First Call Medical Concierge on its site. Care is offered in three ways: in-home visits in Aledo, West Fort Worth, Weatherford, Willow Park, Benbrook, Poolville and nearby communities; appointments at the clinic at 337 Shops Blvd in Willow Park; and telehealth for qualifying visits across Texas.

Booking is done by texting 817-670-3277. Payment is due when the appointment is confirmed. The practice accepts credit, debit and HSA cards but does not take health insurance. A travel fee may apply for visits more than a 20-minute drive from the provider's home base. Lab work can be drawn at a facility of the patient's choice, and insurance may be used at the draw; cash-pay patients receive negotiated pricing with Quest lab facilities. Same-day visits are prioritized when possible, though availability can tighten in peak seasons.

Services are not all-inclusive, so a patient with a complaint that is not listed can request an appointment. Chronic care pricing includes access to the provider by text at no charge, and questions a text cannot answer lead to a notice to the patient. Follow-ups that change the plan of care carry a charge unless they were discussed with the provider beforehand.

Membership levels are core, premium and executive. The toxin membership is $150 per month with a 12-month minimum and includes 42 units quarterly, with additional units at $10 each. Executive members get management of chronic conditions and ongoing prescriptions, plus direct provider communication during extended hours with a guaranteed response within 4 operational hours. The in-home service fee is waived for premium and executive members within the published radius. According to the practice, its pricing is designed to offer value without sacrificing quality.

Psychological assessment services, provided by Dr. Sarah Grimmer, are offered for patients ages 6 and older. Full diagnostic evaluations cover ADHD, autism, combined ADHD and autism, mental health and personality, giftedness and cognitive strengths, and complex diagnostic cases. They typically include an interview of at least 60 minutes, review of records and questionnaires, and a written report with recommendations, along with about three hours of in-person testing that may be split across appointments. Screenings for dyslexia, memory and thinking, and concussion or TBI are shorter, with a focused 30-minute intake and a brief written summary; they can identify risk but may not confirm or rule out a diagnosis. Testing may happen in an office, at the client's home or at another approved location. The practice is self-pay only and provides a paid invoice for possible out-of-network reimbursement, which is not guaranteed. Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead, and late cancellations may be charged the full session rate. Accommodation letters are provided on request when findings support them, but the psychologist does not attend school meetings and schools make their own decisions.
