Mandy Cotten, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, took over the practice in 2018 and has since helped expand its aesthetic and wellness services at the Arlington and Willow Park locations.

Hormone therapy is the core of the practice. Treatment starts with baseline labs and a consultation to review results and options, and the plan is built from those starting levels. Options include pellet therapy using compressed bioidentical estradiol and or testosterone, topical creams, injections and oral supplements. The business says its pellets give steady hormone levels over three to six months. Levels are aimed at optimal values rather than standard lab normal ranges, and synthetic progestins are avoided when possible. Patients return regularly to monitor labs and symptoms and adjust treatment, and labs are needed at least once a year after balance has been reached.

Aesthetic and wellness care runs alongside hormone care. Facial aesthetics include Botox, dermal fillers, PDO threads, Emface, Emface RF, RF microneedling, microneedling and laser facials. Body aesthetics include body sculpting with Emsculpt NEO, skin tightening with Emtone and Tempsure, and laser hair removal in a series of sessions. Wellness services include IV therapy, vitamin injections, peptide therapy, weight management, metabolic testing with PNOE, Exomind, medical-grade nutraceuticals, blood draws and well woman services. Well woman visits include a pap smear, pelvic exam, physical exam and breast exam. Annual exams are recommended, with a first exam at becoming sexually active or age 21, and pap specimens are sent to a lab for HPV and cellular testing. The practice says well woman exams fall under preventive care, which most insurers cover. Before the visit, patients are asked not to douche or use vaginal creams for 24 hours and to avoid intercourse for about three days. Fasting is not needed unless labs are drawn.

Appointments usually take about 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the treatments. The Arlington location keeps set weekday hours, while Willow Park and Prosper are by appointment on weekdays. Patients can book online, and financing is offered.

Care is built around each patient's own hormone levels and symptoms rather than standard lab ranges. The business describes its providers as aiming for whole-body health and wellness.
