Fireclay Studios

Fireclay Studios is a doing-business-as name of CKW Properties, LLC. The property was conceived by CKW Properties as a space for beauty and wellness entrepreneurs, and it has since gone through a comprehensive refurbishment.

Rather than operating as a salon with employees, the building rents out private single and double studios. Each studio includes cabinet storage and a sink, and can be customized within property guidelines. Any equipment is welcome.

Specialists work as independent professionals and take bookings directly from their own clients. Professionals can work around the clock with secure 24/7 access, while the common area is open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM, and individual specialists may keep earlier or later hours. Shared amenities include onsite laundry, Wi-Fi and complimentary beverages for guests.

The building is cleaned on a regular schedule. Waiting areas, bathrooms and break rooms are cleaned three times a week by a professional cleaning company. The business also invites specialists to promote their own work through its website and social media accounts.

Fireclay Studios is recruiting medical and salon professionals from across Utah and the nation. The business describes itself as hosting only professionals who hold the highest level of certification in their fields and have a proven track record. It describes its leasing pricing as competitive.

Built as a shared home for independent beauty and wellness professionals, with each specialist running their own practice.

The setting is described by the business as elevated, serene and luxurious.
