The menu is built entirely on gel products, so regular polish and acrylic services are not offered, though acrylic removal is available. Non-polish options are available through the Basic Manicure and the Deluxe Pedicure without polish. Nail art is only offered as an add-on to a full service. Gift cards and merchandise are also sold, and the salon says its polish contains no animal products. Technicians work at a range of experience levels, and the salon hires with artistic talent as the first consideration. The salon says it holds high standards for every technician and gives newer hires extra time to find their pace, which can mean longer appointments. Newer technicians charge the salon's baseline prices, while Master and Senior technicians have their own pricing.

Gel polish is offered to clients aged 12 and up, while nail extensions require clients to be 16 or older. A card is held on file. Missed appointments, cancellations, and arrivals more than 15 minutes after the booked time can incur a charge equal to the full service price. Changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Emergencies that lead to a late arrival or a cancellation inside 24 hours are not accommodated. A service may be switched to a lesser one within 24 hours, although a substantial change in appointment length could be treated as a partial cancellation.

Services carry a 7-day guarantee, and the salon will not work over nail products applied elsewhere. Builder Gel applied elsewhere needs a fresh set booked with the Builder Gel Removal add-on. Overlays and sculpted extensions are usually refilled every 2 to 4 weeks, and going past 4 weeks requires the Rebalance add-on. Oregon law allows only service animals in the salon.
