Most of the studio's offerings are training. One-on-one courses cover Traditional Sew-in for $2,500, Wig Installation Master for $2,500, MicroLink for $3,000 and I-Tip Master class for $3,500. A Traditional Sew-in Masterclass is taught in a classroom and covers step-by-step braid-down methods, versatility, benefits and maintenance. MicroLink is aimed at beauty professionals who want to offer luxury services and grow their income.

The Crowned by Miks Collection offers bundles, frontals, closures and wigs. Collection products are ordered by text or email at least two weeks before an appointment. Clients who bring their own hair for extensions must use 100% human hair, and wigs for installs must be human hair with lace that matches the client's skin tone. Transparent or Swiss lace is suggested for fair skin, while HD or transparent lace is not recommended for darker skin.

A non-refundable $100 deposit secures an appointment and is deducted from the total cost. For services under $100, the deposit is 50% of the style price. Deposits can be paid by credit card, debit card or PayPal, and the balance is paid in cash or by card at the appointment. Appointments are canceled if a client is more than 20 minutes late, and rescheduling is done by email. Class cancellations need at least one week's notice to avoid a $100 fee.
