Bookings are made online only, and every client signs a registration form before treatment begins. Deposits are paid through an online virtual terminal, and the final payment is taken in store by contactless payment or cash. Credit and debit cards, AMEX and digital payments are accepted at checkout, and Afterpay is available in four instalments. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid fees. Clients are expected to enter the salon respectfully, and the owner may decline service.
