The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less notice are charged 50% of the booked service, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full amount. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and an additional fee may apply. Only clients with a scheduled service are asked to attend appointments.
