Founder Ashley Gill leads the salon, which is shaped by her long career behind the chair. Color is customized for each client, and listed color prices are starting points: color services include a product charge based on how much color is used, and a consultation is suggested to get an exact price.

Scalp Spa, a service area within the salon, provides tailored scalp care that treats the scalp and hair together. Options include a 50-minute Refresh Scalp Facial Treatment and a 90-minute Luxe Scalp Facial Treatment. Depending on the visit, a scalp session may include a scalp analysis, deep cleaning, exfoliation, oil application, a hair mask paired with massage, a waterfall rinse and a blowout. According to the salon, these scalp services are cosmetic only and are not meant to diagnose or treat medical conditions. Scalp Spa does not fit hair extensions itself; it works alongside the stylists who do.

Extensions use Bellami hair. New extension applications are customized and begin with a consultation with a Stylist or Lead Stylist, where a 50% deposit can be paid. The salon says extensions are applied by licensed experts and matched to each client's texture, color and length. Blowout Society memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically.
