Ashley Gill founded Fibre Salon and has over 24 years behind the chair. Before Fibre, she owned four salons in the Coronado and San Diego area, and she built each of them from the ground up.

She has also worked for more than 15 years as a Global Artistic Color Educator for TIGI and R+Color. She holds advanced certifications in Great Lengths and Bellami Hair Extensions, and she serves as a Scalp Spa Expert Trainer.
