The salon says every client receives a premium level of service and that its prices include everything, with no hidden fees. It also says it uses Swiss-made sterilization equipment of the kind used in medical institutions, and that all materials and products are checked for composition, safety and allergens. Staff are trained in safe technique and in caring for the natural nail, cuticle and skin, including staff who are new to the work.

Exclusive masters work in a separate room and offer gel polish, nail extensions, pedicures and nail form correction in any design. Work carries a seven-day warranty, and the salon will restore the coating for free if the damage is not mechanical. A referral program gives a new client 10% off a first visit, and the referrer receives a $20 account bonus after that visit. If a client arrives late, the salon may shorten the service or move the appointment so the next client's visit is not affected. The entrance has no steps and there are reserved parking spaces in front of the salon.
