A Bellevue visit starts on the first floor, where clients check in with the receptionist, and there is free parking in front of the building. A deposit is needed to book. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead or the deposit is kept. Arriving about 10 minutes early is requested, since late arrivals may get a shorter appointment or be cancelled. Before extensions, clients remove eye makeup, avoid face creams or sunblock around the eyes, and do not curl their natural lashes for at least a month. Extensions from another salon should be removed beforehand or an extra fee applies. Children may not stay during a service unless another adult supervises them. The studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

The lash menu runs from classic, with one extension per natural lash, to hybrid, which adds several thin fanned extensions to each classic one, and volume, with 5 to 10 lightweight extensions per natural lash. Mega volume places 6 to 16 extensions on each natural lash. Lash lift and tint curls and darkens natural lashes without adding any extensions. Mink, synthetic and silk lashes are used. Refills are offered within 4 weeks; after that, a new full set is booked at full price, and some styles such as animation are not eligible for refills. The studio offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will fix the lashes or give a full refund if a client is not happy. According to the studio, its prices are the most competitive in the Bellevue area.

Plasma skin tightening uses a small electric arc to create tiny burns that contract and tighten the skin in a single session. Treatment areas include the upper and lower eyelids, crow's feet, frown lines, jowls, neck and stretch marks. A topical numbing agent is applied for 30 to 45 minutes first. Most clients usually see results right away, which continue to improve over about 8 weeks, and one or two treatments spaced 8 weeks apart is typical. Extensions must be removed before eyelid treatment and reapplied after 8 weeks. Redness, swelling and small scabs are expected for about 7 days, and the skin may stay pink after the scabs fall off. Aftercare includes no makeup or moisturizer on the treated area on the day of treatment, a broad spectrum SPF 50 sunblock for at least 3 months, and Sheald Recovery Balm. The studio recommends the treatment only for light to medium skin tones (Fitzpatrick types 1-3) and notes that darker complexions are at risk of hyperpigmentation. The studio describes results as lasting up to 3 years and, in some cases, permanent.

The studio says it does not upsell, and describes its products as premium and gentle for sensitive eyes.
