Color runs from glaze and toner refreshes and root touch-ups through foil highlights, balayage, color melt, bleach retouch and color correction. Cuts include men's and women's cuts, beard trims and bang trims. Extras cover blow dries, K18 deep conditioning treatments and a smoothing system blowout, and a consultation is also offered.
Halo extensions are made from 100% real hair, custom blended to match each client's own color. The Original Halo comes in 12, 16, 20 and 24 inch lengths. The Layered Halo is about 30% thicker than the Original and comes in 14, 18 and 22 inch lengths. Prices run from $425 to $1,250 depending on length and color. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Bridal work includes bridal and bridal party hair and makeup, flower girl services and lash applications. Bridal makeup starts with an airbrush base and is finished with a custom powder or creme. Packages include a trial run, which the salon suggests booking within a month of the wedding. Half of a package is due at the trial and the balance a week before the wedding. A travel fee of $150 applies within the metro area and $225 outside it. Lodging is required for the team the night before weddings more than 1.5 hours away. Packages for parties of four or more carry a 20% gratuity. Bridal cancellations made more than 8 weeks ahead carry no fee; within 8 weeks, 25% of the package price applies. Parties larger than 3 for hair and makeup, or larger than 5 for one of them, may include other artists from the bridal network under separate contracts.
New clients contact the salon by phone or email before booking, and established clients book or reschedule through the online link. A card must be kept on file for every client, and an online waitlist is available. Cancellations made 48 hours ahead avoid a fee of 50% of the service; same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service amount. Services are not offered to children under 14, and teen appointments are limited, mostly to late afternoon and evening. Color formulas are not released to clients, though a client may buy their formula for $250. Prices are not adjusted on request. The salon states its prices are comparable with other stylists at the same level.
Each visit is customized and includes a beverage and a head massage. Clients are invited to come in as they are that day.
