Each client begins with a personalized consultation in a calm, intimate setting. Eyelash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, with classic extensions adding length and some fullness for a natural look, hybrid mixing classic and volume application, and mega volume using very light, thin extensions for a fuller effect. Extensions are sized to add up to 2-3mm in length and no thicker than the natural lash. Each first lash extension service includes a complimentary lash cleansing kit, and the studio sells its FEDE BEAUTY Lash Bath Cleanser. Clients are advised to keep new extensions dry for the first 48 hours. Mink strip lashes are offered as an alternative to extensions.
Bookings require a card on file. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged $25, and no-shows are charged the full booked amount. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late need to reschedule. Lash fills should be booked within two to three weeks, and at least 40% of the lashes must remain for a fill, otherwise an additional charge applies. Minors need a parent or legal guardian present and a signed consent form before any lash application.
Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo that creates hair-like strokes with a manual pen fitted with very small needles. The microblading price covers the initial session and a first touch-up, and touch-ups are recommended every one to two years to keep shape and color. A yearly touch-up is $225 and must be booked within a year of the first appointment. For work done elsewhere, a shading cover up is $550. Brow services also include threading, tinting, henna brow tinting and shaping, brow lamination and waxing. Ear piercing is offered in single and double lobe options.
Client memberships run without a long-term commitment, need 30 days' notice to cancel, and can be paused and resumed. Unused credit remains available for 30 days after cancellation, and three unused credits can be combined toward a full set. Membership credit can also be applied to other services, with a possible surcharge for premium ones. The studio runs a loyalty and referral program, offers discounted valet parking, and provides 1-on-1 lash training courses.
