The hair menu is organized by cut type, from detailed and maintenance cuts to short cuts, frequent flyer cuts, bang and beard trims and texturizing cuts, each with a starting price. Color services include root retouch, toner and style, all over color, color melt, highlights and balayage, double process, fashion color and color correction. Color is offered without bleach under its own category, using permanent or semi-permanent color depending on the service. Color correction is priced hourly and begins with a color consultation and a non-refundable retainer. Hair treatments include several smoothing and repair options such as Keratin Treatment and Brazilian Blowout.
Massage therapy is led by Claudia, who blends contemporary bodywork with Traditional Thai methods. The menu runs from Balance and Restore, a mix of Thai oil massage and Lomi Lomi techniques, to therapeutic and body mobilization sessions, a CBD massage, lymphatic work, prenatal massage, Thai herbal and foot reflexology sessions and Reiki. Every massage includes aromatherapy, and clients can ask for it to be skipped or mention oil scent sensitivities. An intake form must be completed before any massage.
Waxing is done with hard wax, and soft wax is used on back and leg services only. Clients receiving services are offered complimentary refreshments. Packages come in bulk bundles with free sessions and never expire, though they cannot be refunded or transferred. Children are welcome for services under an hour, except services such as massage and waxing where a child cannot be supervised. Clients who want a quieter appointment can ask the stylist at the start.
Hair and body services are offered under one roof, and the massage menu draws on both modern bodywork and traditional Thai methods.
