The spa frames its work as customized self care and says it is meant for people who are burnt out, overworked, or carrying a heavy load. Its aim, in the spa's words, is relief and restoration that lasts beyond the appointment. Menus run from Swedish restorative, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal and couples massages to facials, waxing, brow and lash services, and red light or BioMat sessions.

The Ultimate Spa Day Package is a visit of two hours or more, with a 75-minute massage, a 60-minute facial, aromatherapy, hot towels, foot hydration, organic products, and wine or hot tea with chocolate. The Spa Day Massage Package is 75 minutes and includes a Honey Heel treatment, lavender-infused towels, and chocolate. The Couples Massage Package is held in a duet room with two massage therapists, and the Lockhart location has a couples suite for side-by-side sessions; the spa suggests calling ahead because that room is popular.

Online booking is open around the clock, and a credit card holds a reservation without being charged until the service. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice to avoid a penalty, and no-shows or late cancellations may be charged up to the full cost of the service. The spa suggests leaving valuables and jewelry at home and says it is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Bastrop has free street parking on Chestnut Street plus public parking one block over, and Lockhart has a private lot in front of the building. Private spa parties are offered for birthdays, bridal parties, girls' nights, and milestones, and gift cards can be bought for a chosen service, a custom amount, or the Ultimate Spa Day Package.
