The salon's hair menu includes haircuts and styling, add-on haircuts, a Shaggy Layered Haircut, color retouches, partial and full balayage, highlights and retouches, full lightening and lightening retouches, perms, and Brazilian blowouts. Vivid and creative color is priced from a starting point for one color, with blends across multiple colors costing extra, and toning or gloss is also offered. Haircut and style appointments include a wash and condition and run about 90 minutes or more, while full lightening can run about six hours.
Lash services cover lash baths, removals, fills and full sets in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles. Fills are priced by how many weeks have passed, at one, two or three weeks, and the full sets are priced by style. The menu also includes a volume fill option for one week and a mega volume fill option for one week, so clients can choose how full they want the set to be.
Nail services include soak-offs, gel manicures with optional basic nail art, acrylic fills and full sets, Gel-X full sets, nail fixes, and two freestyle acrylic sets that are designed together with the client. Gel-X and acrylic sets are priced by length tier on the booking page, and nail art is priced by complexity. Portfolio photos on the site show freestyle sets with extra length add-ons.
Booking policies ask clients to contact the salon at least 48 hours ahead to reschedule or cancel. A $20 deposit is required for listed services and transfers once to the next appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the service price, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full price and are no longer serviced. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients with an emergency are asked to reach out as soon as possible so the salon can work out a solution.
