Clients need to arrive with bare nails, since work from another provider is not removed, and appointments arriving with another provider's work are rescheduled. The studio does not offer solid or single-color applications or French tips on their own within design services, and it reserves the right to refuse service. The space aims to feel relaxed and professional, and clients may bring their own devices, audiobooks or streaming shows, with conversation left up to them.
