The core of the menu is gel work. Clients can choose a gel manicure in a solid color or design on natural nails, a builder gel manicure described as a stronger, longer-wearing option, or Gel X, a hard-gel extension method with fills and full extensions. Builder gel can be filled as many times as a client wants, and it is recommended to soak it off every few months to keep the natural nail healthy. Gel X can be filled once at most, and only if there is no more than four weeks of growth.

Several services focus on design. Designs can be added to a set, and the Slay for Less options pair short to medium Gel X or builder gel with a custom look: one is built from inspiration the stylist provides, and the Mood Boards version turns a client's mood board into a free design.

For repairs and simple care, there is a Nail Fix for a chipped, broken or lost nail, a No Polish Manicure that covers cuticle care, trimming and filing, and a Soak Off. Soak off of a set done by another technician is booked as a foreign soak off. Press-ons are offered too, with a press-on application where the stylist applies a client's own press-ons, and a consultation covering sizing, color, charms, design, pricing and deposit.

Booking is done online through the studio's booking page. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment carry a 50% fee, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full service price. Clients can contact the owner about appointments outside regular hours. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, can be sent right away or on a chosen date, and are final sale.

Beauty by Trinity aims to produce custom nail designs while looking after clients' natural nails, with nail health treated as part of the service.
