The space is described as serene, with soft music playing. Extensions are made from silk and mink fibers and applied with a medical grade adhesive that is listed as sensitive-eye safe. The studio says it uses sterile tools. Full appointments can take up to three hours.

Lash sets come in classic, hybrid, volume, glam and lavish styles. A Natural Classic set for new clients is listed at $100, and the Lavish set, which takes 90 minutes, uses 100-plus extensions per eye on top and bottom lashes. Bottom lashes and lash removal are available as add-ons. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks, and at least half of the extensions must remain to qualify for refill pricing.

Lip services come in 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2 ML dosages, with Pillow Soft lips listed at the same doses and prices. The studio describes the 0.5 ML as a natural plump lasting up to three months, the 1 ML as lasting four to nine months or more, and the 2 ML as dramatic lips lasting up to a year.

The studio also runs iLash training workshops with one-on-one hands-on instruction. The basic course covers classic lash extension certification and the studio says it offers industry recognized certification on completion. The advanced course adds hybrid and volume techniques, a portable lash bed, a premium lash kit and a marketing starter guide. Coursework covers eye and lash anatomy, sanitation, lash mapping, retention, client consultation, aftercare and building a beauty business. A $500 non-refundable deposit secures a seat, the balance is due 10 days before the workshop, and balances can be paid in two to five installments, with a $150 late fee on past-due amounts.

Booking policies: appointments must be made at least one day ahead, same-day bookings are not accepted, and cancellations or rescheduling need 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service price. Single-service bookings require a $50 deposit paid through PayPal after booking. Clients are asked to arrive with makeup-free eyes, remove contact lenses if possible, avoid caffeine that day and skip oil-based skincare 24 hours before.

Each set is planned around the individual eye shape and natural lash line.
