Gigi founded Sugarlime as a studio that brings several kinds of hair removal under one roof, after noticing that most places offered only one type. Today the menu covers waxing, sugaring and laser hair removal, along with facial treatments, eyebrow and eyelash services, microblading and body work.

About

Sugaring is made from sugar, lemon juice and water and applied lukewarm. It removes hair in the direction of growth, and the studio describes it as natural, gentler on the skin and suitable for sensitive skin. Waxing removes hair from the root, and new growth typically takes two to four weeks to return to the same area.

Laser hair removal targets the hair in the follicle beneath the skin. Before a laser session, clients are asked to stop waxing, tweezing and using depilatories for six weeks and to avoid Accutane for six months. Afterward, the treated area should stay out of direct sun for at least two weeks, and hot tubs, saunas and steam baths should wait until the skin has returned to normal. Full-body waxing, sugaring and laser services can be combined into VIP packages arranged by consultation.

Facial treatments are chosen together with the technician. The menu includes microdermabrasion, chemical peels, radiofrequency, microneedling and an anti-aging facial with an LED mask, along with skin care options such as Botox, hyaluronic acid filler and a PDO thread lift. A free Botox consultation is listed. The studio's website shows a 5-star rating from 2,373 reviews. It is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, and closed Sunday. Gift cards are available.

The studio offers both sugaring and waxing, names client satisfaction as its goal, and gives specific guidance before and after appointments on hair length, timing between visits and aftercare.
