A first visit for a new client is usually the 90-minute New Client Hydrafacial, which begins with an in-depth consultation and ends with a discussion of a home care and treatment plan. Clients who prefer a traditional approach can book a custom New Client Facial instead. New clients are asked to complete the New Client Intake form before their first appointment, or some treatment time is used to do it there. The studio offers a personalized skincare plan after each consultation about the client's concerns and goals.

The studio also offers treatments meant to support injectables and laser treatments by strengthening the skin barrier. Its cosmeceutical approach is described as maximizing outcomes with no downtime.
