The menu is built around hair color and cutting. Gray coverage comes as a root retouch, a gloss, or a combination of the two. Blonding is offered in three sizes: a mini service for maintenance around the hairline and part, a partial service covering the top and sides, and a full service covering the whole head. A full custom color is priced after a consultation and takes around four hours. Extension consultations, along with general color and cut consultations, are complimentary 30-minute visits.
A full service haircut includes a shampoo, a custom cut, blowout and style. For clients who only need a shape refresh, a dry cut is offered without shampoo or styling. Established clients can book a short fringe or bang trim between haircuts at no charge. Treatments are an add-on: a moisturizing deep conditioning mask must be booked with another service, and the Redken acidic bonding treatment must be added to a color or cut.
Brow and waxing services include eyebrow waxing with shaping to suit the client's face shape, and semi-permanent brow tinting that darkens lighter brow hairs. A full luxury package combines brow waxing and shaping, brow tinting and lip waxing in one hour.
Booking policies are stated plainly. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, and needs approval before the visit.
