Custom blonde can be tuned anywhere from bright and powerful to soft and lived-in, and the team also works on brunette tones and precision cuts.

New clients have a consultation of 10 to 20 minutes before their first service. Haircut appointments usually run 15 minutes to an hour, custom blonde appointments run 2 to 4 or more hours, and extensions add 1 to 2 hours to a visit. Base prices are on the service menu, but they can vary with hair length, thickness, time and products used, and pricing can change at any time. Some extension appointments may require a deposit or prepayment. Online booking is through Vagaro, and appointments are approved by Cassidee or Bailey and confirmed by notification. Reminders go out by text or email 48 hours and 24 hours before an appointment.

Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancelling within 48 hours may incur a 25% charge, and a no-show may incur a 50% charge of the services scheduled. A credit card on file may be required to hold an appointment, and each stylist may have a slightly different cancellation policy. Rescheduling on the day of an appointment carries a charge of 25% of the booked service. Invoices are due on completion of service, and product and service sales are final with no refunds. Concerns about a service should be raised with the stylist right away or by email within 24 to 48 hours, with photos. Valid correction appointments are done at no extra charge with the original stylist or a senior stylist. Clients are responsible for booking the correct appointment.
