The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday 9 AM to 5 PM, Thursday 1 PM to 7 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM; it is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations carry a 50% fee of the scheduled service amount. A no-call, no-show is charged 50% of the scheduled amount, and arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean rescheduling with a 50% late cancellation fee. Clients with more than two no-call/no-shows, late arrivals or last-minute cancellations must pay a non-refundable deposit before booking again. Gift card sales are final.

Each client has a consultation so the treatment plan fits their skin care needs, along with guidance on the home care needed to work toward the results they want.
