The facial menu starts with a Skincare Consultation, a 45-minute visit where new clients pay a $20 deposit and the $100 fee is credited toward any products chosen that day. The Glass Skin Facial is a 75-minute dermaplaning treatment customized to skin needs, with gua sha and high frequency. The Discoball Facial is a 90-minute custom facial that adds dermaplaning and a brow wax. Chemical peels start at $100, require a consultation first, and come in five options; the studio says they address signs of aging, hyperpigmentation and acne. The Peel Trifecta package bundles three peels mixing GlyMed or Face Reality, and must be used within five months of purchase.

Brow services include brow lamination with shaping and a custom tint, tinting, waxing, wax and tint together, and tweezing, which is offered for clients with sensitive skin or who use exfoliating products. A free patch test, applied behind the ear 24 to 48 hours before the appointment, is recommended for first-time brow clients. The waxing menu runs from small areas such as the nose and lip to full face, underarm, bikini and Brazilian services. The bikini wax covers the sides and top of the bikini line only, and Brazilian services are for female anatomy only, with the Brazilian for ages 18 and up.

Booking policies: returning clients need no deposit unless a past cancellation or no-show fee is unpaid. Appointments can be moved or cancelled online without penalty up to 24 hours ahead, and each booking includes two free reschedules. Late cancellations and reschedules within 24 hours carry a 50% fee, same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as cancellations. Payment is by cash, tap-to-pay or stored card, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the visit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $150 amounts or a custom amount and are final sale. Packages are bought online and their credits apply automatically at checkout. Service fees, product sales and deposits are non-refundable.

Treatments are built around the individual client, with consultations used to plan facials and peels before any booking.
