It describes itself as a team of experienced service providers focused on bringing clients' ideas to life.

The space is described as more eclectic and calm than a typical tattoo parlor. Tattoo work covers traditional pieces, custom hand-poke tattoos, ceremonial Kapwa Care hand-poke tattoos and tattoo retouch appointments, in styles that range from fine-line and micro realism to American and Japanese traditional, blackwork, anime, woodcut, chrome lettering and dog portraits. Tattoo shop minimum is $150 for small tattoos, and hourly rates depend on the artist, with estimates given on request. After a tattoo session, a breathable waterproof bandage called Saniderm is used and kept on for three to five days. Clients must be 18 or older and show a state-issued ID, driver's license or passport.

Hair services include haircuts, which start at $40, curly cuts, barber cuts, color, balayage, gloss, root touch-ups, highlights and babylights, plus blowouts, silk press, body waves, braids such as knotless, boho, Fulani and Senegalese twists, re-twists, loc maintenance, extensions and wig installs. Color services start at $100 and require a three-hour minimum for new clients. Curly cut clients are asked to arrive with hair washed, conditioned, detangled and air-dried, without twists or braids.

Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles, with each extension applied to a natural lash. Classic sets are $150 for a full set, and volume and hybrid sets are $175 for a full set. Lash lift and tint is also offered. Brow services include sculpting, lamination and tint with custom brow mapping included, and permanent makeup brows including microblading, ombré powder brows and combination brows. Brow clients should avoid blood-thinning medications for 72 hours and alcohol for 24 hours before the appointment.

Booking is handled through a deposit of one-third of the total service cost, which is required to confirm an appointment and credited toward the final cost. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between providers, and the remaining balance is paid on the day of service. Card payments carry a 3.5% fee. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead may credit the deposit to the client's shop account with the same provider, and one reschedule is allowed per initial appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show. Inquiry forms sent Saturday through Tuesday receive a reply by Wednesday, but they are not an official booking, and walk-ins are not guaranteed. Consultations are free, in person or virtual, at the provider's discretion.

The studio is built around giving artists room to grow and do their own work in a shared space. Services are tailored to each client's vision, with consultations offered before booking.
