Facials are built around the individual client. The Carolina Classic is a 30-minute facial with a two-part cleanse, exfoliation, a mask and a light massage during cleansing. The Carolina Classic Deluxe is a 45-minute version that adds LED treatment for mild to moderate acne and scarring. The Carolina Signature Peach includes skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a face, neck and décolleté massage, a mask and a moisturizer with sunscreen, and it has Deluxe, twist and combined versions. The Deep Pore Cleanse for acne uses galvanic and high frequency current, rotary brushes and extractions, with a 75-minute Deluxe version that adds LED. The CBD Facial is a 75-minute treatment using CBD-infused products with a sonic spatula, vacuum suction and LED therapy.

Teens aged 13 to 19 have their own Teen Facial, which covers skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and galvanic and high frequency treatment, with a 45-minute Deluxe version that adds LED for mild to moderate acne. Specialty facials include The Signature Butt Facial, The Signature Butt Facial Deluxe and The Ultimate Butt Facial, plus microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, an oxygen facial using a CO2 oxygen machine with custom serums, and the Charm City Signature. The Signature Jay Glow is a 75-minute facial that combines an enzyme peel, hydrodermabrasion, an oxygen treatment and a gold mask.

Add-ons and smaller services include a chemical peel that can be added to any 30- or 60-minute facial, using a glycolic, TCA or lactic peel. Targeted treatments include Eye Rescue, Lip Renewal, Moisture Boost and Flash Exfoliation, a lunchtime exfoliation. Combo services pair a facial with a back facial. Series packages, a 24K Gold Mask and Brazilian waxing are also offered.

Booking is done online, and multiple services can be selected in one booking. First-time clients pay a $30 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the service cost. Appointments are reviewed and confirmed the Sunday before, once the Square invoice is paid. Returning clients usually do not pay a deposit, though one may be requested for no-shows, last-minute cancellations or high-demand times. Changes should be made at least 24 hours ahead to avoid cancellation fees, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the service cost. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late need to reschedule, and later arrivals may have the service shortened. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $25, $50, $75 and $100 amounts or a custom amount.
