The spa is an authorized Eminence spa and retailer, and it describes its Eminence Organics skin care as award-winning. Every in-spa facial is customized to the client's skin care needs. Treatments include microdermabrasion for the face, the face and neck, or the full body, with a teen version that includes extraction and a series of six sessions spaced ten days apart. Microcurrent treatments are offered alone or with a 60- or 90-minute facial, and Celluma light therapy comes as a single session, paired with a facial, or as a 12-session series. For the body, there is a wrap using essential oils with gentle heat, plus a medicated back treatment for acne in teens and adults that includes cleansing, extraction and a masque.
The spa carries skin care from several brands and sells gift cards. Its rewards program gives 3 points per dollar spent, with 100 points redeemable for $1 off, and points expire after 365 days. It also publishes Pat's Tips, a blog of skin care articles, and says it is dedicated to ongoing skin care education.
The spa customizes each in-spa facial to the client's skin care needs and favors organic or natural ingredients where possible.
