Facial Café was established by Olga Durian, who brought skills and technology from the film industry into the salon. The salon focuses on skin care using current technology, following a European approach.

Services are grouped into Facials, Facial Massages, Lux Head Spa and Add-ons to Facial. Facials run from a 40-minute Teen Facial to a 75-minute Advanced Custom Design Facial, and treatments cover cleansing, peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, oxygen, LED light therapy, high frequency and microneedling. Many facials are built from several steps, such as a peel followed by LED light, so the menu lets clients choose the depth of treatment they want.

The salon offers a social facial concept, where groups of friends book facials together. Individual facials take place in a private treatment room. Head spa treatments are also given in a private room, on a massage bed.

Booking is available by phone or online. Store hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. The salon accepts cash and all major credit cards.

The salon uses the Image Skincare line of professional treatments and products. According to the salon, Image products are not tested on animals and are made without chemical preservatives, petrochemicals or parabens, and the fragrances are made with 100% essential oils.

Skin care is built around the latest technology, with a European-style approach to treatments.
