The office is designed as a spa-like space where comfort and safety are a priority. Visits can take place in the clinic or be taken home, depending on the treatment, and injectable treatments are given by licensed medical professionals. Facial treatments primarily use SkinCeuticals products, which are also sold for use at home.

HydraFacial comes in three levels. Signature takes 45 minutes and is a three-step cleanse, extract and hydrate using antioxidant, peptide and hyaluronic acid serums with suction-based extraction. Deluxe takes 60 minutes and adds a customized serum booster with LED red and blue light. Platinum takes 75 minutes, adds lymphatic drainage, and targets the face, neck and chest with custom boosters and LED therapy.

Beyond facials, the menu includes non-surgical options such as EmSculpt NEO for building muscle, TruSculpt for fat reduction, Ultherapy for lifting and tightening the face and neck, and Genesis laser treatment for skin texture and tone. Monthly Facial Membership is $149 a month with no monthly commitment, covering one facial choice and priority booking, with an optional red or blue light add-on. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee, and a missed appointment without that notice carries a fee of 50% of the service cost up to $300, with emergency cancellations waived case by case.

Treatments are described as blending natural and science-based methods, with lasting results as the stated aim.
