The advanced skin care menu includes several microdermabrasion options, with lactic enzyme and oxygen versions, along with an ultrasound skin spatula treatment, dermaplaning (alone, with enzyme, or with a chemical peel), and microneedling that works by creating controlled micro-injuries to support collagen. A separate microneedling treatment prepares the scalp for a topical hair loss serum. The chemical peel menu lists Jessner, mandelic acid, several PCA peels, Sensi, and TCA peels. Facials range from a short mini facial and extractions to the Face Value Facial, a men's facial aimed at blemishes, oil or dry patches, sun damage, acne and ingrown hairs, an enzyme deep pore facial, an oxygen infusion glow facial, and an acne facial.

The business is open Tuesday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, Wednesday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The appointment schedule opens on the first of each month. Deposits go toward the service price but are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged the full service price. Clients who arrive more than 7 minutes late are asked to reschedule and pay a new deposit. Clients wait outside or in their vehicle until the esthetician texts that they are ready, and no extra guests are allowed. Anyone with a cold sore or fever blister is asked to rebook. Photos and videos may be taken during services and shared on social media. Prices may change without notice.

Chemical peel clients are asked to stop all retinols and AHA or BHA products three days before the appointment. Several of the peels are marked as not recommended for new clients.
