Eyelash extensions make up much of the menu. Classic sets come in 80, 100 and 120 pieces, and the studio also offers anime spikes, hybrid, 2D and 4D/5D sets, cashmere classic extensions and color eyelashes. The studio names its 2D set as its specialty. Extension clients usually start with a consultation to look at their natural lashes and talk through length, thickness and curl. Refills are priced by the 8-14, 15-21 or 22-28 day window. Non-extension lash options include keratin lifting for natural lashes and tinting.

For brows, the studio offers a consultation, keratin lamination, tinting and semi-permanent work such as microblading, microshading and 3D eyebrows. Permanent makeup, including eyeliner, carries touchups within 12 months.

Facials range from a mini prescriptive facial and Dermalogica prescriptive and super luxury facials to microdermabrasion, diamond microdermabrasion, microneedling, a collagen facial and an acne-focused facial. A 75 minute hydration facial is listed as a special at $90 on the booking page. Waxing, threading and relaxation packages are also offered.

The studio asks for a $25 deposit to secure each appointment, which is refunded when the full service amount is paid at the salon. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least one day ahead. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows and charged 50% of the service price. No refunds are offered on any service. The studio offers a satisfaction guarantee for issues raised within 3 days of a service, and one free removal service for an allergic reaction. Relaxation Collection and Stress and Tension Relief packages must be booked one day in advance.

The studio says it uses top-quality products and advanced techniques. Eyelash extension clients begin with a consultation to assess natural lashes before choosing length, thickness and curl.
