Brow visits begin with mapping, which the studio uses to plan the shape before any hair is removed. Options range from a shaping appointment of about half an hour to a lamination session of roughly an hour. A hybrid stain that lasts up to two weeks can be added to shaping or lamination.

Lash extensions come in several styles: a classic set with one extension on each natural lash, wet-set spikes made with closed fans, anime and hybrid looks, and a volume set with a lightweight feel. Full sets take from about two hours and ten minutes to just under three hours. Refills are booked two to three weeks after the last lash appointment, and a refill counts as a fill only when at least 40 percent of the lashes remain.

The Korean lash lift is customized to eye shape and takes about an hour and ten minutes. Full Face Wax includes brow mapping and shaping along with hair removal from the brows, upper lip, chin, cheeks and sideburns.

The Lash & Brow Edit is a monthly membership at $200. It includes two classic or wet-set lash refills and brow shaping with a tint or hybrid stain each month.
