Before a henna or HD brow tint, clients are asked to exfoliate their brows three to five days ahead. Clients who have had exfoliating face treatments, including facials, are advised not to book a brow tint. Afterward the brow area should stay dry, without water, oil, moisturizer or toner. The business says a tint usually lasts five to seven days, and that some stains have lasted about three weeks, which it notes is not typical. It says microshading ombre brows commonly last two to three years.

The business also offers training. Classes include Brow Fundamentals, Brow Lamination, Henna and Airbrush Brow Tint, and Elleebana Lash Lift Certification. Virtual classes are available for people who cannot attend in person. The business also sells gifts and merchandise.
