The event services include a hairstyle priced from $95 to $130 according to hair length, style and thickness, a makeup application with strip lashes for $115, and a wedding or quince makeup trial for $115 that does not include a hairstyle. A makeup and hair bundle for $250 covers any desired hairstyle, a full face of makeup and strip lashes, and takes about three hours and fifteen minutes. Hair and makeup bookings take a $25 non-refundable deposit applied to the total, and the bundle takes a $50 non-refundable deposit.

The lash menu runs from classic and hybrid sets to wispy, wet, volume and mega volume full sets, with foreign fills starting at $115. Classic lashes place one lash on each natural lash, while hybrid sets mix classic lashes with volume fans. Two-week and three-week fills are offered for any set. Maintenance fills should be booked 14 to 21 days after the original appointment, and if fewer than 40% of lashes remain, the visit is charged as a full set. An up-charge of $10 to $20 applies when excessive lash fallout is evident. Lash extension removal with a lash bath is $25.

Ombre powder brows are described as a powder-filled brow look that is darker toward the tail and lighter toward the front, available in soft, medium or bold. Options include virgin brows for brows with no previous work, a color boost touch-up for existing clients, and a cover-up, for which photos of current brows must be approved before booking. Existing clients have a required first touch-up, priced by how many months have passed since the first appointment, and a touch-up more than 24 months later is charged as a new set. Clients can book a consultation first. Brow appointments take a $50 non-refundable deposit, and a no-show or a cancellation within 48 hours incurs a fee of $60 to $90 plus the deposit. One reschedule is allowed, after which the deposit is forfeited and a new one is required.

The business also teaches lash artistry, including one-day and two-day private one-on-one training, the Mastering Lash Artistry advanced course, and The Ultimate Lash Artistry course that runs from beginner to expert with practice on mannequins and live models. Training covers sanitation, business basics such as registering a lash business and marketing it on social media, and includes a lash extension kit, an application manual and a student discount on digital products. Payment plans for treatments are available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later service, with application terms that depend on credit score and other factors.
