Permanent brow options are nano brows, microblading, powder brows and combo brows. Nano brows use hair-like strokes and suit all skin types, and the business says they are a better fit than microblading for oily or sensitive skin. Microblading suits dry to normal skin, as does combo, which blends microblading or nano strokes with powder shading. Powder brows give a soft, powdered finish that can be adjusted from bold to subtle. Each first permanent brow appointment is followed by a 5-8 week touch-up booked separately, and anyone with previous permanent brows must send a photo before booking. Permanent brows are not offered to people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, undergoing chemotherapy, or who have taken Accutane in the last 12 months.
The brow and lash menu covers brow shaping by waxing, tweezing and trimming, brow tinting with a custom color match, and a hybrid shape and tint that stains the skin for about 7-10 days and the hairs for 4-5 weeks. Brow lamination is a perm-like treatment for a lifted look, with results lasting about 6-8 weeks, and a maintenance visit around the 4-week mark includes waxing, tinting if needed and conditioning. Lash services include lash tint, lash lift and Korean lash lift, with black or brown tint available with a lash lift. The business says the Korean lash lift lasts longer and is gentler on lashes than a traditional lift. Lip waxing is available as an add-on.
Visits are booked with a credit card on file, and forms sent by email or text need to be completed before the appointment. Guests are not allowed in treatment, though the waiting area has seating. Permanent makeup cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours carry a fee of $40 to $100, and non-permanent cancellations within 48 hours carry a fee of 50% of the service total. The studio is a tattoo facility, so children under 18 are not allowed inside. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in $20, $50, $225, $500 or custom amounts.
Brow designs are tailored to each client's face and style. Permanent makeup products are single-use, and tools are disinfected after each client.
The space is meant to feel laid-back, with room to chat or relax.
