Every service begins with a full consultation, and each visit includes a relaxing massage of the scalp and shoulders. Services also use Aveda's aromatherapeutic oil blends, and Aveda products are sold in the shop.

On the hair side, the menu runs from men's and designer cuts through root retouches, foil highlights, blonding, color corrections and creative fashion color, plus perms and a Cezanne keratin treatment. Full and partial blonding use Aveda enlightenment blonding with hair painting and foilyage. Bridal hair includes a trial run, booked with a 50% deposit on the trial date and the balance due on the wedding day.

On the skin side, the facial menu includes Aveda and Tulasara treatments, dermaplaning, and customized peels for concerns such as acne and rough, dry or bumpy skin. The salon says its Aveda Dual Exfoliation Peel gives results that exceed a 30% glycolic peel or microdermabrasion, with less redness and irritation.

Booking terms: cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 50% of the booked service, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Gift certificates can be issued for any amount, with $50 suggested as roughly the cost of a haircut or products. Established guests can get a complimentary bang trim and beard and neck trim between regular visits.
