Holistic Vitality offers bioidentical hormones made from plant-derived hormones with lab work every six months and regular follow-up, medical weight management using semaglutide, tirzepatide and Lipomino Boosters, and IV therapy with custom cocktails, NAD+ and B-12. Separate areas cover recovery services such as infrared sauna, red light, cold plunge and therapeutic massage, bioregenerative treatments, and physician-prescribed medical-grade skincare for acne, rosacea, melasma and anti-aging.

Three membership tiers are offered, billed monthly: The Ivy Club at $175, The Signature Circle at $325 and The Royal Society at $500. Membership payments are credited monthly to a personal FT Bank account that can be spent on services and retail. Members receive perks that differ by tier, such as priority booking, member pricing and concierge scheduling. Financing is available through Cherry with no hard credit checks and flexible monthly payments. Before services begin, an annual medical clearance must be on file or a consultation completed.
