The lash menu runs from classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume full sets to refills, lifts, tints, removal and a 30-minute touch-up for filling gaps and realigning fans. Lash fans are handmade in the studio, and custom extension designs are planned for each client. Brow services include tint, lamination with premium Italian formulas, and a combo that adds shaping and hard wax to lamination and tint. The studio also offers a Korean face lift facial based on lymphatic drainage, which must be booked by contacting the studio and cannot be done during active acne or cold sores. Waxing covers lip, brow and full face, and Thai massage is offered both without oil and as a deep tissue Thai oil massage, booked directly with the studio.

A free 30-minute consultation comes before a first full set. The artist maps enhancements on the client's skin to plan a custom treatment, and a patch test is recommended 24 to 48 hours before an appointment. Corrections to previous lash or brow work are free if requested within 24 hours of the last visit.

The studio is open Tuesday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows or no-call appointments are charged the full amount. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the service total, at $50 for luxury full sets, $40 for 3-week refills and $30 for 2-week refills. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
