About

The lash menu covers several styles. A classic set places one extension on each natural lash for a natural look. A hybrid set blends classic and volume extensions. Light volume covers roughly 70% of natural lashes, while volume covers around 90 to 100%. Mega volume uses the lightest weight lashes to build full fans, and the Angel set uses split-tip lashes for a fuller look than classic. The Mocha set is a more natural option suited to blondes and redheads. The salon also offers a lash lift that curls natural lashes for up to 6 weeks and a Korean lash lift, plus lash tint and lash removal.

Fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks. A fill needs at least 60 extensions on each eye, or about half, and anything less is treated as a full set. Clients coming from another salon can book a new client fill, which needs at least 30% of extensions still on and in good shape; the stylist may ask for a full set instead. Between appointments, current clients can book mini fills in classic, hybrid or volume. The Angel fill applies only to the Angel set. Extensions are not applied to lashes that cannot handle them, and a complimentary 30-minute lash fix is offered within the first week after an appointment.

Waxing is offered for the body, face and brows, with a hard wax that is described as suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. The salon describes its wax technique as quick and pain-free. Brazilian waxing includes the butt strip, and a wax touch-up is offered within 3 days. Facials begin with a skin analysis to choose products. Dermaplaning removes dead skin and fine vellus hair, and the dermaplaning and jelly mask service includes makeup removal and a jelly mask chosen for the skin concern.

For a smooth visit, the salon asks clients to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, since late arrivals are charged the full service price even if the appointment is shortened. Lash clients should come with clean lashes and no makeup, and facial clients should come without makeup or mascara. Reminder texts are sent 48 hours before lash and facial appointments. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, with less notice charged at 50% of the service, and no-call no-shows or cancellations within 2 hours are charged the full price. Services are not refunded, but clients who are unhappy should contact the salon within 72 hours.

The salon says it prioritizes natural lash health and wants clients to feel at home. It also states it will not apply extensions that could damage a client's lashes.
